The new terrain has more than 25.600 sqm and a buildable area of around 11.100 sqm. In it the developer should build 80 single family dwellings.
With this new operation, Habitat Inmobiliaria will have nine developments at different stages of development which will represent around 700 dwellings in the Valencian Community.
