These two acquisitions are part of Habitat Inmobiliaria’s strategy of investing around 120 million by the end of 2018 and a total of 500 million euro until 2021. «With these acquisitions, Habitat Inmobiliaria keeps developing a company growth policy which will allow us to position ourselves amongst the most active and highest profile developers in Spain» stresses José Carlos Saz, the company’s CEO.
The developer informs that the investment will allow it to hand out more than 2.000 houses per year starting in 2021 and to develop a further 2.300 houses in 27 developments at different stages of development in Andalusia, Levante, Catalonia, Madrid, Canary Islands and Cantabria.
