Guilherme Antunes Ferreira is MRICS and Head of Whitestar Asset Solutions’ Assessment Department. He has a vast experience in the assessment sector, having developed part of his professional career in companies such as CPU, Worx and Cushman & Wakefield. Guilherme Antunes Ferreira teaches MAs at several institutions.
João Gallego Moura is MRICS and Head of the Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction & Infrastructure Department at EY Portugal. He has 20 years of professional experience within real estate consulting and assessment, with executive positions at American Appraisal and Duff & Phelps.
The two new co-presidents commented in a release that «it is a real privilege to have been nominated for the leadership of RICS Valuation Professional Group in Portugal, especially during the times of uncertainty we are currently living, which require prompt responses and strong institutions. We hope to continue the work carried out by the previous members, so as to guarantee maximum recognition for the RICS brand next to its members, the sector and the public administration. New RICS Valuation Professional Group advisory board in Portugal
RICS also nominated a new advisory board for RICS Valuation Professional Group, which is now composed by seven members.
The seven members are: João Carvalho das Neves – Full Professor at ISEG, Nuno Tadeu - Associate at Cushman & Wakefield; Rui Vieira – Managing Partner at REV Consultants; Vitor Reis - Director at ESAI; Elisabete Costa Gameiro - Novo Banco; João Garcia Barreto – Head of National Business at AURA REE and Francisco Espregueira – Independent Consultant.
