Investing between 300 and 400 euro of its own funds, the company originally from Dubai and headquartered in London, should build 40 new student residences in Spain until 2025, managing between 14.000 and 15.000 beds. It has already started its activity in Spain with the purchase of a 4 residence portfolio operated by Nexo for 140 million euro from fund Oaktree.
Globally, GSA is implementing an investment plan to reach 250.000 beds in 2025.
