The 2 industrial warehouses are located in the Quart de Poblet municipality and have a total 24.000 sqm built area on a 36.000 sqm terrain, which was acquired by the group in December 2018.
One of the units has 5.011 sqm plus 1.298 sqm in office area, whereas the other unit has 16.922 sqm for logistic use and 448 sqm for offices. This last space also has 28 loading docks spread across two fronts, according to daily newspaper Eje Prime.
The construction works which started during the second quarter of 2019, continue at a good pace and the project is expected to be concluded within the established deadlines, not having thus suffered any impact from the lockdown caused by the pandemic crisis.
