Grupo Lar, continues to bet on its Residential area, incorporating four new professionals to its staff. In just one year, this team has been increased by 54% to carry out the projects included in the alliance created with Primonial to develop and manage in the long term, a portfolio of 5,000 rental homes in the main cities of Spain . All this will mean a figure close to 1,000 million euros in assets under management.
These new signings join Grupo Lar to further strengthen the residential area. In this sense, Pedro González holds the position of Senior Facilities Manager. For his part, Borja Lasheras Diaz has joined as Technical Office Manager, Ismael Rius Gumbau as Technical Manager of Residencial España and Ignacio San Martín Fernández joins the group as Residential Land Analyst Spain.

Pedro González Cabezas is an Industrial Technical Engineer, with a specialty in Mechanics (Industrial Structures and Installations) and a Mechanical Engineer from the University of León. He has a professional career of more than 18 years in which he has worked for various companies such as FCC or Metrovacesa, developing and preparing mechanical and electrical execution projects, as well as participating in more than a hundred active promotions nationwide. .
Borja Lasheras Diaz has a degree in Higher Architecture from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Environment and Bioclimatic Architecture from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid and is currently studying the Executive Program of Real Estate Management at IE Business School Madrid. He has a professional experience of more than 15 years in all areas related to the development of real estate developments: design and construction management, construction and execution of work and development of real estate developments (BTS-BTR).
Ismael Rius Gumbau is a Technical Architect and Building Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an MBA from the Jaume I University of Castellón, as well as an Executive Master in Project Management from the University of Valencia. He was Associate Professor in the area of Project Management at the Universitat Jaume I. He has extensive experience as the technical manager of real estate projects at Bigeco and Alexia Real Estate. Previously, he developed his international experience as Technical Director of a construction company in Nigeria.
Ignacio San Martín Fernández has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) with an International Mention from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and from Lancaster University. Before joining Grupo Lar, San Martín worked as a residential investment analyst at Talus Real Estate, a real estate investment platform, at the real estate consultancy Savills-Aguirre Newman and at Banco Santander, among others.
