«We are looking for relatively fully occupied buildings which don’t require major repositioning construction works», explains Fátima Sáez del Cano, manager director for Spain at Grosvenor, to Eje Prime.
The Spanish newspaper also revealed other plans the company has for the next two years. One of those plans is to invest 400 million euro in Spain: half of that amount to acquire offices and the other half to reform and build dwellings.
In terms of the housing segment, the company intends to «have between 9 and 10 ongoing projects in three years» and it should also invest in the acquisition of new terrains in this Iberian country, according to Sáez del Cano.
