The building is located at 48 Gran Vía in the Spanish capital and, according to newspaper Expansión this Tuesday, it has 100 dwellings for the rental market.
This operation was closed by an entity whose identity is not yet known. What is known is that there were three consultants advising it: PWC in charge of legal matters, KF in charge of commercial advisement and Arcadis with technical support.
According to the same newspaper, the company should continue investing in the Spanish housing market. Around two months ago, the American company had already announced a 200 million euro investment in Spain, where it intends to invest on new student residences. Its goal is to reach 2.000 beds within the next three years, according to Eje Prime.
