This information was advanced by Spanish newspaper El Confidencial this Tuesday, which also mentions that the operation was closed in March through its society Go Levante which is incorporated within GreenOak Spain Holdings Socimi II.
One of these assets is part of the Borriol Industrial Park (within parcel A-1) and is currently occupied by textile brand Marie Claire. It is a logistic building which also hosts offices and, in total, has an area of 14.683 sqm built on a 25.710 sqm terrain. GreenOak should receive a 571.726 euro annual rent for this building until 2028.
The other logistic warehouse is located in Riba-Roja and was valued at 8.8 million euro by the American company, higher than the asset located in Borriol which was valued at 7.2 million euro.
This operation had the support of CBRE Real Estate and Cushman &Wakefield Spain, companies which, according to the same newspaper, are responsible for managing GreenOak’s assets.
