The total buildability of the action will be 2,662,500 m2. The new plan proposes the construction of 10,510 houses. Of these, 20% will be subsidized (2,100 homes). These numbers suppose a significant reduction as much of the buildability, as of the housings initially planned.
To the south of the M-30 the majority use will be tertiary offices (1,220,000 m2) closely linked to the Chamartín station itself, keeping a complementary presence of houses (260,000 m2). To the north of the M-30, the majority use will be residential: 715,030 m2 in Fuencarral-Malmea-Tres Olivos (7,150 houses) and 75,700 m2 in the Las Tablas area (757 houses).
It will also have a localized presence of economic activity, 251,225 m2 in Fuencarral-Malmea-Tres Olivos and 140,610 m2 in the area of Las Tablas, as a natural extension of the existing areas (Valverde, industrial road of Burgos) giving continuity to economic activity from the business center in the Malmea area.
