This asset, once its renewal is complete, will have 5.500 sqm, of which 2.300 sqm will be destined to retail and around 3.000 sqm to offices. It is located within the Spanish capital’s prime area, at number 18 Gran Vía – it also has 400 sqm available to set up a restaurant on the terrace.
The companies acquired the asset for around 44 million euro in 2017, according to El Economista this Thursday.
