The numbers from SEF (Portuguese Foreigners and Borders Service) quoted by DV reveal that acquired real estate alone represented a 24.4 million euro investment, corresponding to 45 ARIs (Residence Permit for Investment) granted. The transfer of capital represented 3.6 million euro (8 ARIs granted).
On April, 15 ARIs were granted to Chinese citizens, followed by Brazilians with 9 permits, Iranians with 5 visas and Russians with 3.
