The building will be certified BREEAM Very Good, which reflects GLP’s commitment for the development of sustainable spaces across Europe. The logistic warehouse will also offer energy saving elements, parking for bicycles and photovoltaic panels.
The project site is within a strategic logistic location, 18 km away from Barcelona, within the Can Bernades Industrial area. This location will allow for the warehouse to act as a last mile distribution centre, as well as a distribution hub for Barcelona.
