The building was sold by CBRE GI and by IBA Capital. According to Spanish Real Estate, at the moment it is in the middle of renovation and remodelling work, and will have among its future tenants Pull&Bear, of Inditex, with an area of 2,400m2.
JLL and Colliers were consultants for this transaction, representing the owners.
The property was acquired from El Corte Inglés by IBA Capital, later accompanied by CBRE GI in a deal which will include the ABC Serrano shopping centre.
