According to the numbers from CMVM, during this month the portfolio managed by real estate investment funds (FII) dropped 0.4% when compared to the previous month, for a total 8.052 million euro. Concerning the special real estate investment funds (FEII) the drop was 2.19% to 2.469.8 million euro, the biggest drop. On the rise, real estate management funds (FUNGEPI) increased their portfolio in 0.2% to 389.1 million euro.
45% of the portfolio managed by the open FII and FEII concerns investments in the service segment of the real estate market. The FUNGEPI focused mainly on retail, which represented 62.3% of their portfolio.
The spotlight goes to Interfundos, Square AM and Norfin, which were the management companies with highest market shares during that period at 12.7%, 10.8% and 10%, respectively.
