In this transaction the building has been advised by JLL, real estate consultant, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer with Aguirre Newman.
With this change, scheduled for the last quarter of the year, the law firm commits with a building that, after the transformation process carried out by Grupo Infinorsa, the majority owners, will be at the forefront in terms of efficiency, sustainability and technological solutions for offices.
The renovation of the interior and common areas of the Tower is already finished, and of the hall, entrances and frontage is expected to be completed in a couple of weeks.
“There’s a clear relocation of the business district in the capital to the Azca district, since this is where the major offices buildings come together, with an exceptional location. The current availability that a building like Torre Europa presents is an unique opportunity for the companies, which until recently had no alternative of finding a surface with this quality in this area”, says José Miguel Setién, Director of Offices sector at JLL.
