This is one more operation which confirms the growing apetite from international investors for the Spanish logstics market. In Madrid alone, 632.000 m2 of indstrial and logistic facilities were contracted during this year’s first semester. More than half of the rented assets are larger than 20.000 m2, according to CBRE’s latest report.
