With 80 meters and 26 floors, it should be one of the tallest buildings in Lisbon, with a total of 34,200m² of floor area and 200 apartments. It will be built in a land acquired for €17.7M on a judicial sale. Then were added €62M to the construction, which shall start in the beginning of next year and end by 2020, states the daily Expresso.
This project is signed by the architect Miguel Saraiva, and provides the development of a tower which highlight the surroundings, «a remarkable building not just in comparison with the surroundings, but also at the Lisbon scale», explains José Cardoso Botelho, Executive Director of Vanguard Properties. The same source says that «in a city like Lisbon, with an amazing light and beauty, a tower will always be a good investment for the Group and end clients. Infinity brand was designed for this type of towers, elegant and with infinite sights».
The apartments will be T1 to T6, and with prices starting from €2.750/m². Botelho indicates that «we will only start with reservations after the architectural project approval. We already know that, besides Portuguese, clients from Brazil, South Africa, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Turkey also show interest, among others».
To remind that Berda is betting on the Portuguese real estate and plans to invest ca. €650M in national land, with new or renovation projects. After an investment plan of €500M, he explained that €125M more should be used in new buildings, according to the same source. He has bank financing from BPI, Novo Banco, Montepio or Santander.
