The organization received 5 proposals for the REIT, namely from specialised investment funds and a rental market operator, as was explained by Témpore’s CEO, Nicolás Saldaña, to Expansión.
If carried through, this sale might be an alternative to Témpore’s initial plan of leaving MAB to enter Mercado Continuo, maintaining its current condition as an additional settlement channel for Sareb’s real estate portfolio.
In the coming month of December, Sareb should transfer 850 fractions to Témpore, totaling 3.357 houses evaluated at around 325 million euro.
