Expo Real has already been authorised by the Bavarian Government, and the event is being planned with a new format, «adapted to guarantee the safety of the visitors during the current pandemic», mentioned the organisation.
«Actions are being planned which include reinforcing sanitation and protection measures which will allow social distancing between participants. The usual personalised registration format for all exhibitors and visitors present guarantees the possibility of tracking contacts, which is currently a requirement from the German authorities», it can be read in the release sent by the trade fair to VI. The new hygiene and safety protocol is already available.
This year, it will be important to debate, among the subjects more relevant for real estate and investment, the new business trends generated by the transformations «the sector will surely have to go through» due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus.
It is important to understand what are the potential emerging changes, such as the quickness and flexibility modular construction might bring, what new concepts might appear in architecture, or how will smart cities evolve with the need for social distancing. «These are some of the emerging questions which will possibly be debated at Expo Real in October», mentioned the organisation.
Lisbon and Porto will be present
The Porto and Lisbon city halls are already preparing to assure their participation once again at Expo Real this year.
Lisbon will be present for the 7th consecutive time, working towards attracting international real estate investment. Porto will be participating for the 2nd time, carrying several proposals aiming to show the city’s competitiveness, innovation and talent in Munich.
According to the organisation, companies «are invited to profit from the synergies of joint participation in Munich and contacting the organization of those stands, Invest Lisboa and InvestPorto, to get to know in detail the conditions».
The first registration deadline for co-exhibitors is the 17th of June.
