According to Spanish Real Estate, Rreef opened the sales process of Gran Vía in March, advised by the technical advisor Hill and the consultancy JLL, responsible for spreading the sale portfolio among potential investors, including Eurofund Capital Partners, Patron Capital or Carrefour, which has a supermarket at the complex that is not part of the operation. Europa Capital presented the best offer of all investors.
This shopping center first opened in 1998 and was renovated in 2012. The change of ownership coincides with the change of management company, which is now CBRE.
