Now at an advanced stage, this building has been at a standstill since 2013. The 6,400m² of offices will now be renewed and transformed into a new business center to meet the growing demand for this type of spaces in greater Lisbon. The construction work will begin in September, alongside with the spaces marketing.
André Ferreira, administrator of the textile group, refers that «as it has been doing with other properties, this new project will have a distinctive concept which brings together work and leisure. We do not wish to be just an ordinary business center. We want that the companies have a sense of community and be able to share ideas and businesses», says in a statement.
This is another step taken by Eurotex in the real state sector. It has already a real estate portfolio which includes, for example, the District Offices and Lifestyle, in Porto, or three Moov hotels. For the next 2 years it should inaugurate 3 more hotels in Lisbon and two in Brazil.
