At the same time, the director announced the marketing of their latest development in Madrid, under the responsibility of Proel Consultoría, which will be officially presented at SIMA. This is a development of 105 houses – plus a shopping area – situated in the calle General Yagüe 37, in the middle of the business corridor of the Paseo de la Castellana. The development, which is in the construction phase, will follow the standards of the highest quality and design which Emerige.
The French developer, founded in 1989 by Laurent Dumas, is one of the biggest property developers in Paris and the surrounding region and is specialised in the development of offices and houses, and the restructuring of property assets. In 2017, it has more than 1,500 homes being built, and more than 200,000m2 in tertiary use. They are basically characterised by an especial dedication to the aesthetics and design of their properties, for which they use the best international architectural designs. “We work in all market segments, but always with great care, and we demand quality. We are more focused on quality than quantity in our work,” Yann Bloch remarked.
Emerige will limit at first its projects in Spain to locations near Madrid and Barcelona. In the latter, it began with the remodelling of a 3,000m2 area with 29 houses, which has already finished and completely sold out. Also in Barcelona, it is marketing at the moment a project in the construction phase, consisting of the transformation of an office building into 24 apartments, situated on the calle Montaner. In Madrid, the aforementioned project in Calle General Yagüe is in progress plus another well under way comprising 61 homes in the Calle Garibay 3, with the firm Rafael de la Hoz, which it will begin to market at the end of the year.
