The building is located at number 161 of Ausias Marc street in the Catalan capital and, according to the release sent by the company to Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, is ready to be inhabited. The identity of its former owner was not disclosed.
In order to perform this operation, the company contracted a 3 million euro loan (53.3% of the full amount) from Caixabank. The remaining (46.7%) was financed through the society’s own funds, it can be read in the same document.
