The 3-star hotel, is very close to the beach and occupies more than 5,000 m2 of surface. Apart from the 108 rooms, the property has a swimming pool, several meeting and event rooms, a cafeteria and a restaurant.
In addition, Elandis immediately undertakes management of the hotel and the asset through its Property Management subsidiary, which is a key element of the Elandis value proposal.

This acquisition is incorporated in a diversified hotel portfolio of 22 other hotels owned on five continents. Currently, the company is in the development phase of several hotels in Brazil, Switzerland, Greece, Morocco and Thailand.
