This portfolio has a total of 9.000 sqm in Menorca, 8.000 sqm in Mallorca and more than 23.000 sqm in the Costa del Sol, according to EjePrime. All the buildings are leased to French group Pierre&Vacance. The REIT’s idea is to attract small and medium sized investors interested in returns between 4% and 5%.
The placement of these assets on the market is part of the company’s asset rotation strategy and it intends to invest in new projects with Pierre&Vacance in Spain.
