El Corte Inglés intends to reinvigorate assets which are currently empty and inoperable, turning them into new coworking spaces. Consultant CBRE should be in charge of looking for assets with these characteristics. El Corte Inglés’ subsidiary El Corte Inglés Empresas should be in charge of reforming these buildings and their future management should be provided by Custom Suits, according to Spanish newspaper Eje Prime.
Custom Suits currently has under its management six assets, in Madrid (3), Barcelona (2) and Alicante (1) and should expand its portfolio next year to include secondary cities such as Valencia and Murcia, where there is a «strong demand » for these type of workspaces, mentions to the same newspaper Juanjo Martínez, founder of Networkia Business.
