The information was confirmed to EjePrime by sources close to the operation, according to which these assets are held at 50% - 50% by the two companies. These are the Gran Casa, in Zaragoza (the largest one), the Valle Real in Cantabria, and the Max Center in Barakaldo, Bizkaia.
At the announcement of the sale process, Sonae Sierra and CBRE GI announced they expected to gain about €500 million with the deal.
