The complex is constituted by two logistic units with 25.000 sqm each, with 1.000 sqm destined for offices. The asset is located within a 100.000 sqm terrain in the Me/co municipality next to the Spanish capital and it received the LEED Silver sustainability certification.
The amount of the transaction was disclosed by Cushman & Wakefield and is around 62,4 million euro.
For Jaime Trigo, Real Estate Transaction Manager at DWS, «the formalisation of this new purchase shows our continued interest in the Spanish market and, in specific, on high-quality logistic assets, strategically located and sustainable», revealed the company in a release to which Spanish daily newspaper "El inmobiliario mes a mess" had access.
José Luis Martínez, the partner at ICC, considered that «this platform is the result of the experience and effort from ICC in developing and managing assets which meet its clients’ needs within the Spanish market, cutting edge and sustainable platforms which meet the companies’ real needs with minimum operational costs and maximum environmental guarantees».
