The company should pay around 22 million euro for the building located at Calle Sancho de Ávila in Barcelona, an amount that, according to newspaper Expansión, represents more than twice the output value – 9.9 million euro.
The current building has 1.800 sqm, but, according to the same newspaper, it has the capacity to further add 12 floors that could expand it up to 12.000 sqm.
At the moment, Dream Mountain is waiting for the green light from the asset’s current owners to finalize the purchase. Serveis Funeraris is the main shareholder (51.85%) of this building where a funeral home used to operate, followed by Adif (34.28%) and, lastly, by the Barcelona municipality itself (13.87%).
