This capital increase was carried out with the subscription of 7.836.517 new shares, for an effective amount of de 16.456.799 euro, share premium included. Domo Activos intends to continue acquiring assets with the purpose of renting them.
The new shares were issued with a share premium of 0.10 euro for a full price of 2.10 euro. With this operation, the company’s capital stock rose to 27.733.142 euro.
Domo Activos is a developer, which means it doesn’t just acquire finished urban buildings to rent immediately. Its goal is to create added value by acquiring parcels or buildings in need of rehabilitation.
Domo Activos’s first housing development in Madrid is under construction and, with the recently finished capital increase, the resulting funds will be invested in new projects.
