Under its brand Darya Homes, it will develop a housing project with 105 1 to 4 bedroom dwellings with garage and cellar in the La Clota neighbourhood of Horta-Guinardó.
The project’s design includes green areas with swimming pool, which, along with the terraces will be the development’s highlights, which inspired its name: L’ Atmosfera.
L’Atmosfera was designed by Barcelona architecture studio OUA, and will be one of the few new construction developments to be built in La Clota, with the beginning of its marketing expected for July 2020.
According to Daniel Mazín, Dazia Capital’s CEO, «Barcelona has always been a goal for our investment plans. With L’Atmosfera we want to position ourselves in the city with our brand, design identity and uniqueness».
Dazia Capital is responsible for managing the joint venture’s projects, from acquisition to the development and later marketing of the dwellings, with its developing brand Darya Homes. It currently has 21 projects under development, construction and marketing in Madrid, Marbella, Estepona and Barcelona.
