Following the change for residential use, the company expects to start marketing it in 2021.
The 32 dwelling housing project with an innovative open design will be developed through the company’s developer brand Darya Homes. The company will invest approximately 8.5 million euro in the project.
Dazeo will bet on an unconventional concept, beyond the traditional common areas such as an indoor pool. The project will be based on a living concept which integrates not only leisure and relaxation, but also coworking spaces, where the tenants will be able to develop their professional activities.
The Dazeo joint venture was created in April 2018 and has since invested in four projects in Madrid. This will be the seventeenth project to be developed, built and marketed by Dazia Capital in Madrid in districts such as Chamberí, Salamanca and Arganzuela, and locations such as Marbella and Estepona.
Dazia Capital expects to spend 250 million euro within the housing segment in the acquisition of terrains and buildings for development or rehabilitation in Madrid, Malaga, Barcelona, Costa del Sol and the main urban centres.
