The information was advanced last week by Daniel Mazin, Dazia Capital’s CEO, in an interview to daily newspaper Eje Prime, and he further assumed that the housing market should remain resilient towards the crisis and will even become an investment opportunity. Thus, Dazeo follows through with its already delineated investment plan which includes new acquisitions in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Costa del Sol.
Its latest bet was in Barcelona where it should invest 45 million euro in housing project L’Atmosfera which will include 105 dwellings. This was its first investment in the Catalan capital.
