The transaction has been carried out through a sale & leaseback agreement. The warehouse on which the operation has been carried out has a total constructed area of 14,000 m2 (plus a remaining buildable area of 8,000 m2) and is strategically located at kilometer 8 of the Yecla-Villena highway.
The warehouse, already built, will begin its activity shortly manufacturing prefabricated pieces for the construction of logistics warehouses, residential materials and supermarkets.
