The news is reported on the print edition of newspaper Cinco Días, which also reveals that the assets have 700 senior residents and 1.300 beds on its day care centre.
This is not Korian’s first investment in the Spanish market. Last January the group acquired a 7 high-end long-term care nursing homes portfolio in Malaga, which have a total of 1.300 beds.
The operation was carried out through Grupo 5 - subsidiary of Corpfin – which is currently looking to invest in other healthcare sectors, such as neurorehabilitation.
