This socimi will have 2,000 m2 of street trade, and implies the purchase of complete buildings in Madrid, Euskadi or Valencia, for prices between €5 and €52 million.
The company expects to raise €200 million this year, and double this amount before the end of 2021, with a 50%-50% equity distribution and financial leverage.
According to Eje Prime, this socimi should join four others, listed on the stock exchange, companies that can list on the stock market already in September next year.
