The asset has a total of 2,200 m2 of surface and a buildability of 11,000 m2, and was acquired by Helena Rivero. Here it will arise a residence with single and double rooms with equipped kitchen, gym, games area, study rooms, swimming pools or laundry, among other services, according to Spanish Real Estate.
The project will be operated by the brand Youniq, Corestate. It is added to another residence of 206 rooms, which the fund bought in Madrid by the end of 2016, and is expected to open in September of this year.
