The building is located at avenida Aragón, within the Ciudad Pegaso business park. It will be fully transformed into a 2 star hotel with 280 rooms, which should operate under brand Zleep Hotels starting 2021, advanced El Inmobiliario Mes a Mes. The hotel will also feature a restaurant and fitness area, besides underground parking. The project will be developed by Ridasame.
