The Índice de Preços das Propriedades Comerciais (Commercial Properties Index), issued by INE (Portuguese National Statistical Institute), showed a transaction price growth, but this result «interrupted two consecutive years of price acceleration», it can be read in the document.
The report also shows that last year, the prices of these assets grew at a slower pace than the housing segment, which increased 9.6% according to the Housing Prices Index. The difference between growth rates for both segments increased from 5.4% in 2018 to 7.7% in 2019.
