Of these 12 properties, which will be mainly office buildings, five are located in Madrid, mentions newspaper Cinco Días. Among them is the 89.871 sqm Campus de Méndez Álvaro which represents a 287 million euro investment.
Four more buildings will be constructed in Barcelona and 3 in Paris. According to newspaper Expansión, these set of assets will yield in the future, 512 million euro per year.
Currently, Colonial has a portfolio estimated at 11.348 million euro, of which offices constitute the larger share.
