On the table, planned to commence this year, are four large projects with a total global investment of 365 million euros, although the actual company rounds this figure off at 400 million euros, taking into account rates of return between 6% and 9%.
Already announced, these projects include the investment of 51 million euros in a new building in the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, the acquisition of the Bertelsman building in the Travessera de Gràcia, for 41 million, the development of a new skyscraper of 20 storeys in the Plaza de Europa area, in partnership with the Puig family, for 32 million euros; and the building in Paris announced last year and which will involve an investment of 265 million euros. To these amounts should be added investments to cover the costs of the renovation of the assets.
