The assets traded have a gross lettable area of 106.574 m2 and they are mostly (91%) located outside the city’s central business centre.
The buildings that were sold are strategic assets for the company outside the M-30, mature assets and a project in the Castellana Sur / Mendez Álvaro area.
Amongst the buyers, are investors such as Tristan Capital Partners, Real I.S. and Grupo Catalana Occidente. In all these operations, Colonial had the legal aid from Ramón y Cajal Abogados and from Roca Junyent.
