The project is divided into 2 plots, with a total buildability of 110,000 m2, also intended for residential use. 90,000 m2 are of mixed use (60,000 for offices and 30,000 for residential use), and 20,000 m2 for offices only.
The Spanish Real Estate refers that this is a zone of the city where several corporate headquarters have settled in recent years, as is the case of Repsol, Amazon, Ericsson or Mahou.
The project is expected to be finished in 2021.
