Group Colisée added a new equipment to its network of senior residences in Spain. The company has assumed the management of the Riosalud senior residence, located in Las Rozas (Madrid), and it plans to invest 2.5 million euro in modernising and improving it. This is the first asset Group Colisée will manage within the Community of Madrid.
Riosalud is a senior residence which currently only 250 placements within a complex with several wide areas and gardens. Group Colisée will improve the facilities so they become more efficient and release several technological apps in order to, among other functions, improve the communication between residents and their families, as well as between workers and their families.
Group Colisée works with a care and support model based on cohabitation rules adapted to the residents. The company’s model is a way to reinforce the seniors’ autonomy, dignity and personal identity.
Group Colisée will manage Riosalud and Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure, fund specialised in social investment managed by Meridia, will be asset’s owner.
The company is part of an international group with more than forty years of experience in servicing and caring for senior citizens and people with different degrees of dependence and have a network of senior residences across France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and China.
The group has a team with more than 4.400 professionals, services more than 6.700 accommodation placements and has 58 senior residences and day care centres spread across Spain.
