According to Spanish Real Estate, these warehouses have an occupancy of 77% by known logistics operators and forwarders. 11,767 m2 are currently available and will allow an «immediate response» to that area demand.
This acquisition is part of an investment plan more wide designed by Cilsa, explains Alfonso Martínez, CEO of the company, to whom the operation happens at the right moment of the logistics market. With this operation it's possible to increase the supply, add distinguished clients, increase cash flow in €2M per year and enough stock to reply to the demand of spaces.
In 2016, Cilsa’s income was of €40,7M, with a EBITDA of 19,9 million, expected to double in the next two years.
