According to Spanish Real Estate, the both apartments and villas will be constructed over the next 20 years, with an urban density much more reduced than the 2,000 units previously approved. The first, most exclusive, units will be on the market between 2018 and 2019.
The La Reserva area will need 40 million in investments in infrastructures and sporting facilities. In this new zone within the gated community, facilities will include a golf course, a huge navigable lake for non-motorised boats, an artificial beach, a clubhouse, and a spa and wellness centre, among other leisure activities.
However, the company has not disclosed the specific investment which will be employed in this residential development.
