Cerberus wants to sell Haya to Centricus for €700M

It might be the first large acquisition operation by the British fund in Spain. Centricus is negotiating with Cerberus the acquisition of Haya Real Estate, a deal which might be closed before the end of the year for 700 million euro.

EjePrime recalls that, during the last two weeks, Cerberus charged Citi bank with the Haya’s sale. Half the assets under management belong to Sareb, besides Bankia, Cajamar and BBVA.

Centricus currently manages assets worth 25.000 million euro, besides the SoftBank Vision Fund, worth 100.000 million euro.
