BBVA headquarters in Madrid
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) renewed and extended the agreement to provide Total Facilities Management services to finance services Spanish multinational BBVA.
After a long 13 year relation, CBRE will continue providing FM services to the more than 15 million sqm which constitute the company’s portfolio in Spain and Portugal. CBRE will service the more than 30.000 BBVA employees who work on their 2.400 branches, besides those who work on their corporate buildings and Data Processing Centres (CPDs).
