The 5 assets have a total 60.000 sqm and are located in a privileged area of Madrid, the Corredor del Henares (Henares Corridor), as reported by newspaper Expansión based on market sources.
CBRE GI was advised by consultant CBRE in this operation and had the legal support of Pérez-Llorca. Clarion Gramercy, hired Herbert Smith Freehills and Grant Thornton to advise the operation.
This is the second divestment operation CBRE GI carries out in Spain this year. The first was the sale of Edifício Axis building (which is currently being rehabilitated) to fund GPF Capital for 100 million euro.
